My connections have informed me of a rather unsettling new "fast food" operation in Long Beach. It would seem our worst fears have been realized. The churches have gotten in on our game.
A local church has realized it can undercut our operations by selling coffee tax-free. Although I feel this is an abhorrent abuse of their tax-exemption status, they are only charging "donations." What a load. It's the "Open Doors of Saint Alphonsus Rodriguez Catholic Church," or "Open Doors" for short. The Head of the parish is Padre Antonio Jesus Santos. Everyone calls him Padre. Originally from up north. Large and in-charge, bad to the bone, comes in at 3 o'clock.
His flock seems faithful and more-or-less unaware of the Canadian among them. No need to go and harass any of them. Yet. A source indicates he's brought company with him. Very typical of Padre. There is no information yet on who he has brought, but be aware Canadians are roaming around Long Beach.
Padre, of course, is glamorous, to say the least. He's not a significant threat as he is now, but if he were to take his mask off, it'd be an all-hands affair. Not sure what he's up to, but I'll ask around. Whatever it is, it's bizarre for him to come down to the U.S. to do it. It must be a big play. I'll keep everyone updated as I learn more. In the meantime, try to keep your distance from the Open Doors church. I don't want him getting antsy for coffee we haven't brewed yet.

Well, well, well. We've got some coffee to brew. Strong pot of coffee too. Someone has some somewhat illicit footage of an out-of-this-world upcoming product that we can't let go live on T.V., and that's precisely what's being threatened. The footage is set to go live on the 2Eth. Gives me plenty of time to swap the cold coffee for hot.
Now, I know what you're thinking, gee Shill, out-of-this-world? That good? No, of course not. What it is, is, unfortunately, a pretty good shot of Mrs. Heelfront getting a slice of pie. Now you know our customers, and you know how they love their privacy, so it's up to me to get this 24 blurred. Also, gotta figure out what's up with Mrs. Heelfront. Double also, why has S&P not shaken this up? If we're hearing about it going Balts, I can only assume S&P has already cleared it for broadcast. We could leave this to them, but I think that S&P might be trying to really shake things up going off of Secret's intel. It might be good to make sure things remain unshaken.
I'll do some digging and some planning. If Flower, Secret, or the Healer can fill me in about Mrs. Heelfront, that'd be aces.

We got a strange hit on the message board last night, looks like Mr. Domenech needs some comfort food. Now we have not had the pleasure of serving Mr. Domenech yet; no one really has for quite some time. He's a rather aloof customer. Not sure if this is the same Mr. Domenech on file, but the order seems to match. Gruff, sharp nails, rose-colored glasses. Seems he'll be coming in around 1 or 2 o'clock. Could come in at 5, but if that were the case, I'm sure we would've seen him by now.
Late nights ahead in-and-around the Lone Star area, going to start looking around Bird's River moving in towards Violet Crown, assuming Mr. Domenech has come in via an airport. Might need to keep an ear to the ground on this one.
Seeing our customer goes by Mr. I think I can manage this one on my own. Plus seems like we have some time to get this order served, so I won't rush it. It'd be a great chance to get to learn more about this 'lil buddy before he's gone again. If possible, I'll try and bring him over for a cup of coffee. Worst case, I'll buy him a ticket out of here via Bird's River's Basement.

Howzit dudes? I just got down to Violet Crown, and I'm just setting up shop, ready to find Mr. Domenech. So, I think I mentioned this in my previous receipt, but I'm starting over at the Basement seeing as that's the most likely place to catch him around 2 o'clock. I've got a good feeling this guy's a 2 o'clock kind of customer, you know? I know they don't come in that often, but neither does Mr. Domenech, you see? Of course, if it's 1 o'clock, I've got to figure out what airport has flights coming in around that time. 5 o'clock shouldn't be too hard, though.
I guess my biggest concern is Mr. Domenech might've gotten impatient while waiting for me to show up and has decided to eat elsewhere. I don't think he's gone in for the salt 'n pepper just yet, but I know tourists can't help but take an interest in our customers. Or, you know, there could also be other chains in the area. What's that one we've got going back home? Padre's Open Doors church and cafe? It could be something similar here, with how elusive Mr. Domenech can be. It might be a, what would you call it, secret shopper type customer. I'll let you know if I find anything worthwhile, dudes.

Well, and here I thought this was going to be an easy one, huh? This place is swarming with friends eager to catch up. I've seen Joliette, Rimouski, and Estire. And I'm pretty sure I caught a glimpse of what's her name, Five? I'm guessing she's the leader among them based on rank, but I could also be mistaken, and this is a whole Quagmire on its own. L's pretty high, though, if that's the case. Well, high for Mr. Domenech. That's what, 12th Div?
I don't think they've seen me yet, or if they have, they don't know who I am. Which, hey, that's not too bad if that's the case! But I think I'm going to need to blend in a bit better. Can't have salt getting in our coffee so soon. So I think I'll just grab some school supplies and act like a student. It can't be too hard to sneak into a lecture or two, yeah? I know how much A23 likes to work in the light, so I'll probably wait until the nighttime to snoop around the basement. Yeah, yeah, makes it more spooky, but hey, I know what I signed up for. Besides, Mr. Domenech sounds like such a sweetheart, you know? Plus, on the bright side, if the S'N'P disperse, I'll know where Mr. Domenech is not you catch me?
