Greetings, my fellow Cafe and Diner employees! The code name is Romano—espresso with a twist of lemon. But worry not—I’m far from sour! I’d like it if you thought of me as another arrow in your quiver. You see, I’m quite skilled in the coffee trade, and I have a particular set of skills that makes me extremely adept at serving customers. I suppose I should tell you all a bit about myself.
I’m actually rather similar to the original owner… I, too, lost a loved one to a rogue customer. My uncle, he was quite a profound coffee seller—you wouldn’t know him, though. And one day, on a trip to his remote cafe, he revealed the trade secrets to me. I then worked as his assistant barista for some time until a tragic yacht accident left me stranded on a deserted island and my beloved uncle dead. Our yacht was sunk by a devious customer of the deepest depths of the ocean, one who still haunts me to this very day. But on the island, I honed not only my coffee skills but survival skills as well. After finding my way back home, I discovered that I had inherited my uncle’s fortune, which I now use to serve coffee in his name.
Quite a tale, I know, but enough about me, let’s talk business. I recently received a hot tip about one of Mistress’ newly acquired nightclubs, the Seven Sins Soiree. Apparently, it has an extremely alluring singer. Her voice is so alluring, in fact, that she seems to be drawing tourists into this Canadian establishment. And the tourists who enter? They don’t leave. Sounds like something right up our alley, and serving this customer would certainly honor the legacy of my beloved uncle.
