CAFE AND DINER UPDATE

I have some… troubling news regarding Mr. Perez's flight home. It hasn't gone as expected. See, S.W. attempted to send Mr. Perez home at DeForest Park, but Mr. Perez had other plans. Not only did Mr. Perez escape, but he also caused quite a scene doing so. Yeah. I know. It was the news. Here's the thing, it's not great, but from all the news articles I've seen, the Cafe and Diner wasn't mentioned, S.W. wasn't mentioned, and a lot of people are taking a very skeptical stance on the footage of Mr. Perez. So that's the good news. It seems like our secrets are safe. Mostly.

Now… I know I just said that there was no mention of us or the Cafe and Diner or S.W., but that's not entirely true. Someone did recognize S.W. in the background of the news footage. One of our old classmates, actually. Well, schoolmates, I suppose. As far as I know, we didn't have that many classes with her as she was two years behind us, but she definitely recognized S.W. in the footage. She got in contact with S.W. and, well, to keep things under wraps, she requested (demanded) to be put on the Cafe and Diner staff.

To that end, everyone give a warm but cautious welcome to A.I., our latest staff member. She is… well, she's really into this kind of stuff, so that's a positive. Her qualifications are apparently reading Creepypastas and watching conspiracy videos on YouTube. Which is better than nothing, I suppose. And she also told me that she wants to be in charge of "coverups, lies, and stuff like that." So, I guess that's what her job will be. She'll undoubtedly sell me on her skill set if she can make this whole Perez fiasco blow over.
