CAFE AND DINER RECEIPT

SHADOWY NIGHTMARES CASE NO. 2
Hi all! I come bearing even more news. This time, it’s pretty clearly bad news. Though, it might actually be good news? Or, at least, I think we can turn it into good news! The bad news is that Charlotte’s nightmares aren’t getting better. They’ve been getting worse. Like, we’ve moved from stress-dreams to nightmares to full-blown shaking, screaming, crying, sleep-paralyzed night terrors at this point. It’s gotten so bad Charlotte is hardly even sleeping anymore. She spends all night just muttering to herself in our living room and then all day just taking tense cat naps.
So, how can any of that be good news? Well, we got to talking, and I don’t remember how the topic of the Cafe and Diner came up, but well, I told her that it’s not only real, but it’s back in business—and I’m the new owner. She didn’t believe me at first, but then I showed her my CaDCom and all our receipts so far. To be fair, she still didn’t quite believe me, so I took her to the Cafe to see Mr. Perez in person. Sometimes, you just need to see it to believe it!
Anyway—Charlotte asked me if she could join the Cafe! Of course, I said yes. I hope you all don’t mind. While she isn’t super experienced with the Coffee Biz yet (though to be fair, we aren’t that far ahead of her), she’s excited to learn! Plus, she brings her knowledge of weird and scary things, which might come in handy! I’m sure Eldritch stories will go great with a cup of coffee in the morning! It’ll take her a while to get caught up, but once she is, she wants to start looking into if her dreams are coffee-related or not.
