Well, look who is watching us again. Mr. Lucia. But why? Well, I think he might want more than the weak coffee No. 1 tried to serve him. It doesn’t take a genius to put 1+1=2 together, you know? Don’t worry though. There’s no “bad blood” between us or anything like that. Actually, it’s quite the opposite. No. 1 did what she felt she had to do, to pay these dues. Really, I just wanted to underscore our 0 tolerance policy on weak coffee. Expect the best (and boldest) from the Cafe and Diner, naturally.

With all of that out of the way, sit back and sip a BOLD brew for both you and me because, as I mentioned, Mr. Lucia is back. Or, well, did he ever leave? Mr. Lucia is sort of one of those customers who just… sticks around, you know? However, Mr. Lucia also has the tendency to order the outrageous—if you catch my meaning. The things Mr. Lucia sees in our menu are often outside the comfort zone of not only the Diner but also the Cafe. So it forces me to flex my creativity a bit AND serve him where and when it's appropriate to do so.

But, hey, I get it. Everyone's been busy lately, and Doubling Down on the Diner talk can be Dubiously Dreadful… or Downright Doldrumic. So I might as well just summarize Mr. Lucia's order here in the nicest way possible. Mr. Lucia is thirsty for a sip of something "well-aged." Perhaps, something from our Palm Beach cellar? Mr. Lucia has also made it very clear this thirst will be quenched one way or another. Is that a threat? Unlikely. Then again, it might be. So… yeah. If you want more specifics, you should know how to get them.
