AH-HA! I’ve got it!! I know just the person who can help us serve Mr. Perezy’s Dinner. EVEN BETTER: We can solve two problems at once! Okay, so, you all know how I got into, uh, hot water recently, right? And how EVERYONE has told me how stupid what I did was, right? BUT! I was doing it because I was TRYING to help my friend. She’s… got herself into some serious trouble. More than just that, she was… I guess I could say she was let go from her previous job. And her previous job was a big part of her identity.
Here’s the good part: her prior job gave her access to flight booking software. Up, Down, All Around—wherever we want or need to go, she can get us there! And even though they made her pack up a lot of her stuff when she was fired, I don’t think they could take that away from her. It’s kinda one of those “once you know how to do it, they only way they can stop you from doing it is by killing you” types of things, like counting cards in Vegas or petty shoplifting.
And Lavender said she—well, all of you, actually—would help me help her get back on her feet! (And maybe, you know, keep her safe from her former employers as they probably still want her… dead. And stuff.) So! I can go find her, tell her about the Cafe and Diner, maybe she’ll even join us, and then WHOOO, SWISH, SWISH, SWISH—Flight for Mr. Perezy’s Dinner booked, fueled, loaded up, and cleared for take-off! And luckily, she SHOULD be here in Sunshine! I mean, that’s why I’m here, anyway. And if she isn’t, she can’t have gone far, not on foot anyway.
