Hey all! Now that we've got Mrs. Weekend taken care of for uh… like 2 months, we can get back to the mystery of OSO. More specifically and tangibly, the reports of a customer we're going to be calling Mrs. Kay who has been causing problems at the Crater.
Our local Family sent in a report of a large customer whose personality has been described as "catty" at best. Nails have been filed to a razor's edge, and she doesn't like substitutions on her orders. Our Family isn't unfamiliar with the coffee game and has tried serving her various drinks, but all have failed to please her palette. Most interestingly, she wasn't into Green Tea or Ice Water despite obvious signs otherwise. Now here's some speculation based solely on her Facebook page, we need to block her. You know, shield our eyes from her sharp comments. That is, if this Mrs. Kay is the Mrs. Kay, we think she might be.
0 & 1 are still looking into if that could be the case, and 4 & 5 are headed across the pond to look into a similar customer. I would check this out in person, but I need to stay here to help clean up on the 24th/25th. Maybe 71 and 611 could take a short trip up there just to see if things look how we think they might look? Also, to make sure our Family is fine, of course. Although… this might be out of our league entirely.
