And with two days to spare! Take that, Ampersand. Well, gang, good news, I think for the first time since we started working here, Alfa is happy with our work, and the Zulus are starting to warm up to us! Or, maybe, they’ve just found a newer replacement to direct their suspicions and disdain on. Which reminds me, we have two new… well, “employees” feels a bit too Cafe, doesn’t it? We have two new folistes (I know, it being French doesn’t really help separate us from the Cafe, but I’m working with what I’ve got here, guys.) I’m sure you’ve all become well acquainted with Dover, and now we have Dingane as well. Dingane is both a Zulu and Foliste.
Of course, Alfa’s approval also comes with an increased expectation that we’ll continue to deliver results. So, it shouldn’t be much of a surprise that she now wants us to stop the cult leader Fenrir as well. Though, something interesting to note, in her memo to us this morning, she actually said, “stop, or otherwise save, Fenrir.” So, I think we can all agree we need to at least give the big guy a shot, right? Perhaps that can be the madness that ties us to together, the belief that we might just be able to save them all. It’s a nice thought, if nothing else.
So, next month we’ll need to crack down and find those remaining six Sebitti. With Nine’s help, now that he’s free, we can go pay the Great Ape a visit and see what he knows. And Dingane also wants to help clean up the remaining Kings of Roses. And that’s about it…
Oh. Right.
One other thing that might be of some importance. The 8-Ball’s die started spinning on its own again. So far, it’s only said one thing:
