Exciting news! The next CaDCom series will be able to move around! It’s still a very, very early prototype. But the only way we were able to secure the fifth Sebitti was to give the CaDCom some movement. At its core (some pun intended), the CaDCom devices have always had a degree of artificial intelligence in them. And while I don’t think I’ll be able to give the CaDCom-Ω full autonomous movement anytime soon—snapping some Mindstorm parts onto it certainly gives it some programmable movement!

It was at least enough to have the CaDCom push the Sebitti off of its pedestal, which was enough to disrupt its security system. We are a bit worried that the Sebitti was actually affecting the entire Crags, and without it, the Mesoslums will be free to terrorize the Flip and Otherside. Maybe. It’s hard to say if the Sebitti was keeping them there and giving the Crags their name or if it’s like the Pathologist theorized, they adapt to their locations.

Whatever the case might be, we’ve got one more Sebitti locked up! And the good news is that it doesn’t seem to emit the same memory-altering madness when it’s not on its pedestal. It also looks much more like the first Sebitti—once you can see and remember it, that is. It’s a good thing we got to this one first. I’m not sure if Fenrir can mimic each Sebitti’s unique trait or not, but having the power of paramnesia would be pretty hard to fight against. You know what would be a scary thought? Maybe Fenrir already got the fifth Sebitti, and now we just think we have it. Nah. I don’t think that’s what happened.

Or do I?

Nah.
