Subject: Hyperion Cult

I’m… sorry. I failed. Fenrir and his Hyperion Cult got another Sebitti. I wasn’t fast enough. I had the Sebitti in my grasp, but then… things went black. The shadows on the sunken ship grew and distorted until I was caught in an inky abyssal web of umbral threads… and then… it’s a blur. Reading yesterday’s transcript, I can piece it together, but still… That’s not good. None of that is good. And now we’re running out of time. We might have three of them, but with each Sebitti Fenrir consumes, he grows so much stronger. And now we know he’s not working alone.

I’m not sure if Fenrir’s accomplice could get him to the final Sebitti or not. I doubt it. If that were the case, surely, they would have started with that Sebitti instead of the one guarded by the Freezer. I’ve begged Capgras and Twain to go and get it just to be safe, but Capgras, he’s in no state to attempt it. And Twain… she’s uncertain. I think all the back and forth between them has started eating away at her confidence. I didn’t help with that either. I was pushing them to be someone they weren’t.

As for the three Sebitti we do possess, Zver and I will be taking the Pathologist to their secure location on Wednesday. Hopefully, we can figure out a way to stop Fenrir from destroying the sun. If the Pathologist can figure out a way to “tarnish” the other Sebitti, we might be able to avoid the apocalypse. Meanwhile, Mercutio has been looking into what Fenrir was talking about. It’s frustrating. It feels like he told us everything, but at the same time, we still don’t know what he means. Though I’m guessing this isn’t entirely his plan anyway.
