Subject: Hyperion Cult
There are seven Sebitti. One was being held in the Freezer after presumably infiltrating the States. Another was stashed away in Muldra’s domain. So, I figured there was a good chance that the remaining five Sebitti might be scattered about the other five Planes. Of course, one of the Planes would have to be empty for this theory to work, though I already have a promising piece of evidence to suggest that this is indeed the case. I took a trip to visit my dear Black Queen Cole—and wouldn’t you know it? The Sun of Babylon pointed toward another Sebitti.
Though, getting the light of the Topside to actually hit the darn thing took quite a bit of effort. Thankfully, Mr. Gehrels had a solution quick at hand. I won’t bore you all with the details, but it involved quite the setup of refracting and refocusing lenses. Despite the trouble in getting it to work, we now have a solid lead on where to find the Third of the Sebitti—the Manoir des Veines Noires.
The Manor lies outside of the Eclipse Ring on the northern side. From what Mr. Gehrels knew of the place, it is apparently the Manoir des Veines Noires Trois. Mistress built the first Manor when the outermost ring was still the Crossroads. Then she razed it to make way for the Discovery Ring. This led to quite a few bloody battles between the Spire and the residents of the Manor. Then, of course, the new Manor was razed again when the Eclipse Ring was built. This, again, led to quite a bit of bad blood between the residents of the Manor and the Spire, as they had formed their own sovereign state of sorts by then.
