Those strange kids were back again. And after a long discussion with the three of them, I am happy to announce they will be joining our operation part-time.

The shadow entity known as "Umbra" was caught lurking around the Cafe and Diner's physical location, attempting to diffuse our efforts in the COS case. While I was able to capture him in a simple lightless room, he refused to speak more about his or Padre's plans.

I wasn't expecting that to happen.

Three local kids came into the physical location at around 4 P.M. today, two girls and one boy. All looked to be about the same age, 15-17 or so. They sat down at the counter and asked for coffee. Black.

My connections have informed me of a rather unsettling new "fast food" operation in Long Beach. It would seem our worst fears have been realized. The churches have gotten in on our game.

Well, our time in No. 17's hometown has drawn to its natural conclusion with Miss. Carleton gone, the Elders dispersed, Mrs. Morrison returned with a glass of OJ, Mrs. Brown's tab paid in full, and the Pearl in our possession. So, there's not much left to do but split up to get our hands on the remaining two Antekey fragments.

Three pieces form together into one. From the sea, to the sky, and deep below, our work here is far from done.

Now, this I wasn't expecting. The Antekeys can open more doors than originally thought? How valuable. Though it's done a rather poor job of opening up the Black Tide, wouldn't you say so? What, a flock of jellyfish, an alchemical abomination, and the monkey? Is that really all the Sunkenman could pull out?

OKAY, IT'S OFFICIALLY GO TIME. IT'S HAPPENING.

We just put together who the Sunkenman is and what he wants, and now we find out that he has his own cult of Finfolk, and THEY were the ones who have the Pearl of Poseidon, which I guess can be used to open the Black Tide?! WHAT!? That is not good. That is really, really not good.

Hi everyone! As No. 35 mentioned the other day, we Managers have been discussing the best way to serve Mrs. Ogeron. She's like, not the worst customer we've served, but she has a few notable quirks that make her a bit more difficult than our usual fare.

What was meant to be a simple order ended up being quite a bit of trouble after all. I guess we should have seen that coming. Everyone is fine. No. 512 needs time to recover. She got the worst of it, along with the Teal Room. I'll pay No. 17 for the fixes needed… assuming such a room can be fixed.

They say it is good to be home, but I must disagree—there are many strange things in New Orleans.

First and foremost, Happy Halloween, my beloved Cafe and Diner. I know between the Dinner Party from Hell and the Reign of Robert, it has been an exciting few weeks leading up to today. Still, I want to thank you all for your excellent work. And, of course, an extra special thanks to our very first Barista for assisting us this month.

I know how to stop the bleeding. The flies know how to stop it. I hear them buzzing in my ears. I hear them buzzing about a great and powerful beast. If I feed the beast, I can stop the bleeding. How did the flies find me? Am I even still alive?

Well, that rescue took longer than I expected. Also, not who I was expecting to rescue me, but I suppose I've seen odder than a teenage boy, his four-foot-tall frog companion, and a massive juggernaut of muscle.

This is a major US Highway, right? There should be at least one or two cards every so often… but we've seen no one in the past four or five hours. We haven't heard any cars going by either.

It is no more than a baton in the orchestra of chaos. And the conductor is getting ready to play.

Time to step out of the shadows, I suppose.

Mrs. Amsiam has paid her tab at the Cafe and Diner for now. Although her friendliness might have raised a brow. I wish to remind everyone that Mrs. Amsiam is, in fact, married, and should we forget that we might end up buried.

Well, after doing a full pot of coffee's worth of research, I think I can finally close this order out once and for all. It started with the Blood Moon and Total Eclipse specials, which we had worried might attract unwanted customers, and it seems like that's exactly what happened.

17, and I will be performing a customer satisfaction survey with Mrs. Pleasant, along with an unwanted guest from Florida. We have good reason to believe she was involved with the Blood Moon special discount last month. Our unwanted guest has a bit of a history with Pleasant and is unsure if this is the case. It sounds like Mrs. Pleasant has been busy playing with imaginary friends in the Dark.
